Stay clear from this rental company

I rented a car for 3 days, paid by mastercard...I was charged 300 $ deposit in advance and I did not see the refund for a full week afterwards. What's wrong with these people? No other rental does it. I asked for an explanation, the answer was "it's our policy". Staff not corteous.
