When notified of this event, I immediately inspected the limousine for any residue on the floor and found the floor to only need a vaccuuming, with no sign of any form of oils. Due to his concerns, Mr. Sutton was offered my apologies, along with three free hours in any of the vehicles that we have in order to make up for this discouraging event.
