Horrible Experience!

Absolutely, positively stay away from this company. We hired a 12 pax limo for our wedding reception. As wedding transportation experiences go, this one was a disaster! The limo arrived 'broken.' The driver called it an electrical problem. It took them more than one hour to send a somewhat shoddy replacement limo that was only 1/2 the size -- 6 pax. This meant that the wedding party had to split up and that the bride and groom arrived more than an hour late to their reception. Most amazing, there was no apology and NO ADJUSTMENT of the $330 charge! Bottom line is that we were baited with a 12 pax limo and switched to a 6pax AND treated so rudely that you'd think we were the ones who were at fault. Over the past 20 years I have rented at least a few dozen limos, and this was, far and away, the worst limo experience, and the worst customer service treatment, I have ever had.
