Motor Vehicle Tag Agency

My name is Pam Zettler, I live here in Lawton, OK. and am very proud to tout this establishment. I have lived in OK since July of 94' both in Duncan and here in Lawton. I for the first year tried a place I won't mention in Duncan, and after that being unfamiliar with Lawton, by mere chance I picked "The Motor Vehicle Agency" located @ 13031/2 SW Lee Blvd Lawton, OK. 73501 (580) 248-4565. I did so because I knew at the time where Lee Blvd was.( LOL) and nothing else, my children were young, long since grown and we jumped in the car and headed for Lawton for the first time. That was in 1995. I've never been anywhere else since and now the reasoning behind my loyalty. I believe in service, I mean "true" service, and this agency and the wonderful people that work there have been nothing but courteous, friendly, helpful, efficient at all times. I've been in there when the lines where 30 pp and not friendly, some people get a little crazy and I'm being nice now when i comes to their tags and such. But, the ladies and gentlemen tha work there never lose their cool, are always proffessional and do their best to assist people with whatever their problems are. I've seen people completely loose it, ( have you ever watched the program 'Airplane' on tv?) Well, it's been just like that with some of the customers, but these people follow their guidelines and do everything within their power of authority to help even those that expect them to bend the law, make them the ' exception' and I am being nice. I don't know where their patience comes from but in all my years of going in there I've never seen them be rude.

So if you're new to Lawton or an old timer, this is the ONLY tag agency to use in Southwestern OK. They are the best in the Southwest! Period!
