Suspended 4,000 feet above the Colorado River on the very edge of the Grand Canyon, the Skywalk is an unique way to experience the magnificence of America's greatest natural wonder. Walk out on the glass bridge and see nothing but the canyon below! For trivia buffs, note the bridge is able to sustain winds in excess of 100 miles per hour from eight different directions, as well as an 8.0 magnitude earthquake within 50 miles.
Park and Ride Options: There is a 14-mile unpaved portion of the 21-mile road leading to Grand Canyon West. For a nominal fee you can leave the driving to someone else. You can park at the Grand Canyon West Welcome Center and go by motorcoach along Diamond Bar Road to the Grand Canyon Skywalk. Reservations are required (702) 260-6506.
