    I looked around and around wanting to find someone, somewhat close to where I live to fix my car starter that was installed by a chain store (Best Buy). Not wanting to take it back there (would you blame me, it went back 2 times) to have it "looked" at. I called Audio 1, not only did they say they would check it out for me, they told me just to bring it in. They fixed the problem, which happened to be a bad connection and had it working great in no time. They didnt charge me a dime (even refused to charge me). I will not hesitate to give them ANY of my vehicle electronic business. Thanks again guys. A+

    In search of a remote car starter for a gift, I turned to Yellowpages.com, and found Audio One. I read the feedback they received and gave them a call. Turns out that the others that used them were right. I called for a price and they were very respectible and courteous. Far more courteous than the other 2 places I called. I stopped in the store and found that the same customer service applys in person as it did on the phone. Great job!!! Gene you are a very intelligent and nice young man. Thanks for making my gift giving an enjoyable experience. Thanks Again Karen

    I called around for pricing on a remote car starter and found Audio One. They were far cheaper than the other 3 places I called. Within 1 day, I had my appointment, and had it installed. The installer was very thorough in explaining how the system works and the functions of the unit. It took almost 2 hours of install time, considering the traffic that was in and out of the store, and he stopping to help other customers, I believe it was great timing. Make this place a 1st choice if this is what your looking for.

    These guys were referred to me from a friend. Ive been in almost every car audio shop in the Pittsburgh area and have not been able to find one I will stick with, until today. Gene and his team made me feel very comfortable and didnt try to push things on me that I didnt need. I got very good service at a great price. I'll be the one referring these guys next time.

    Gene took the time and fixed, then explained, the problem I was having with a stereo that was installed by a real close competitor. I would recommend Audio One to anyone.

    These guys are the best when it comes to knowing there industry. I got a great price, fast service, and they made me feel comfortable. I would recommend them for anything. Glad I found AUDIO 1.
