    Fraud

I was lied to about my car being fixed. I'm a college student and I need my car to get to class. They had my car for 3 weeks saying that it would be done tomorrow and finally today I just took my car from there even though it still wasn't fixed to take it across town. I do NOT recommend taking your car here unless you want to pay for expensive labor and inconveniences at your expense.

I initially went to this merchant for a car repair...they quoted me a price much higher than the average shop. When I brought it to their attention and questioned the possible error...I was passed off to another tech/manager, who lowered the repair cost substantially. I had another repair and because I'm new to the area, went to this shop again. I purchased my own replacement part and was also told the cost of the repair. When my car was ready, another price was quoted. Afterwards, I checked a couple of local shops and the dealership for labor hours necessary to repair the part that went bad on my car. I was told anywhere from 0.8 to 1.5 hours. I was charged 3 hours of labor by this shop...not only that...they ran all of the gas out of my car and didn't extend the courtesy or customer service ettiquette of replacing it. They sent me off with my car past "E". I guess what they did was to try to make money somehow, for not being able to purchase the replacement part themselves for me, then mark it up for a profit, so they figured another way to get it...by overcharging me labor hours. It's really...Bad Business!
