Unbelievable

My wife and I visited the store and picked out new kitchen appliances (Refrigerator, Range, Microwave and Dishwasher). All were delivered and installed within a couple days except the range. Presently I am waiting for my third delivery (since they ordered and delivered the wrong one two times before) and the folks in the store can not even tell me when to expect the delivery. I am soooooo tempted to send it all back and start over and make the purchase elsewhere.
