Chem Specs has been owned and operated by valley firefighter Duane Vanzant since 1992. Our expert carpet cleaners are uniformed, Chem Specs' employees - not subcontractors. The History
The company started in business using a dry chemical process, but soon discovered that that process did not produce the results we wanted. Next, we tried portable extractors and truck mounted steam cleaner units. They worked much better than the earlier methods, but had the disadvantage of extended drying time. After considerable research, Chem Specs found the absolute best and most powerful cleaning machine on the planet, TheVortex. It cleans better than anything else made and drying time in most cases is less than 3 hours.
