    First of all, the staff is very freindly and inviting. They always have a warm smile on everytime I walk through the door. Hannah (my pet dog) is always so excited when I take her to Happy Paws. When I put her in the car she knows exactly where she is going and is always impatiently waiting to see her friends! The resort is great because she gets worn out and is more manageable at home. Plus I am at ease knowing she is being watched and taken well care of... Two thumbs up definitely!! Chris...

    I took my super spolied maltese to Happy Paws, following my vets recomendation. Bella was there just for grooming but I was so impressed with this place. First they groomed by dog perfectly which is hardly ever done, they were so nice, and the place looked and smelled nice which is always what turned me off from other places I have visited. I will def be back for grooming and may use them during the holidays to take care of my baby bella!

    Wow...it is so refreshing to find a facility that is geared towards those of us who want the best for our pet friends. The owner (an avid animal lover herself, and UCF Alumni) built this place from ground up for the sole purpose of catering to our pampered pets. The suites are private rooms, not some noisy cubical like enclosure. They are so cute. They have flat screen televisions, and night vision web cams that can be viewed 24/7 (Its great to be able to peek in on my baby and see him sleeping comfortably, or to watch as they let him out to play). The play area is immaculate! The dogs are separated by size, and there is always someone out there watching them. They have an awesome doggy pool, and huge area to run and play in. All of this you get to watch via multiple web cams placed outside for your viewing pleasure. It is extremely comforting to be able to check up on my baby while away. Not all resort kennels do what they say...much is just sales pitches. This place says what it does and does what it says! Thank you so much for taking my boy in on such short notice, for catering to BOTH of our needs, and for giving him world class service.
