Upon renting the limousine for prom it breaks down on the way to pick us up. Arriving late at my house the driver insists that the limo is safe to ride in but asks us to sign a waiver and says we might break down. I didn't want to break down on my way to prom so i asked if there were any other limos that she could take us in. She said "yes" but made no effort at getting another limo for us. She became very unprofessional and cursed loudly in front of many of my neighbors. Greatly uncalled for. I basically spent $500.00 and didn't step foot in the limo, i cancelled the services after they had charged my credit card which was supposed to take place after the limo had dropped us off. They're trying to say that the driver felt threatened as a means of terminating the services but in all actuality the driver called me to see if i wanted the other limo and at that time i terminated the service and requested a refund of the 100 dollar deposit unaware that all 500 dollars had been charged to my credit card. That money was a split between me and two of my friends we scraped pennies together to afford a limo and now we've payed for one and never rode in it. I'm still waiting for my money back.
