Inaccessible

There is no number to call the branch. I needed to make an appointment with an officer regarding a business account. There is no listing in the phone book and no number for the branch online. Very inconvenient!!!

Another Corporate of financial crooks!
Posted by Bankbuster on 06/24/2009
I inquired about a loan to consolodate some loans of mine, and they offered me a loan of $10,000 as I requested, but at a 29% interst rate! OMG! I hope our current president does something about these big corporate banks, and credit lenders that are continually ripping off America. I laughed, and said I wouldn't be doing business with them.

Customer Service for Citibank in India
Posted by Oregon2009 on 04/10/2009
I couldn't rate them lower than one star, or I would have. Just a warning note, if you have any problem with Citibank or Citimortgage, you are calling India with their customer service number.
When talking with India (the folks who Citimortgage outsource their customer service to), they are often difficult to understand and only communicate with Citibank via email.
In my case, they took my house payment out of my account twice this month, and I was told there was no way to get it credited back to me before their 3 day standard process. I called every phone number I could find and finally got someone in the United States who tried to help, but by the time I got them, they informed me it was too late in the day and the funds wouldn't get to my account until Monday or Tuesday.
What a diasppointment. If we want to fix our broken economy -- we should consider doing business ONLY with companies who employ those in our country. Right now, it seems we are doing a pretty good job of boosting India's economy, at the expense of a lot of jobs here in the United States.
This is one more company I will add to my list to not support, as they have pushed jobs from our country, overseas.
