I have been working out since the days of leg warmers and I will tell you, this is the best gym I've ever belonged to! The owners Tom and Andrea are always available to help along with a workout or just to chat with. The gym is immaculate, the classes are awesome and the vibe is very positive....Truly a neighborhood gym, with everything you could need for a great workout!
