MMI offers help with budgeting, money management and credit issues through online, telephone and in-person counseling. An MMI Credit Counselor helps you assess your finances and works with you to create a livable budget to balance income with expenses.

Debt Management Services
When appropriate, MMI serves as an impartial intermediary negotiating with your creditors to establish a reasonable and mutually acceptable repayment plan. Once enrolled in a Debt Management Plan (DMP), you make a single, convenient, monthly deposit and we disburse it to your creditors on your behalf.

Housing Services
MMI is a HUD-approved housing counseling and education service provider. Our counselors are dedicated to educating consumers about buying, financing, maintaining, and protecting their largest asset.

Financial Education Services
MMI is dedicated to educating individuals to manage their money and use credit responsibly. Our educators present financial education programs to students and adults.

Bankruptcy Counseling
MMI has a team of trained counselors who will work one-on-one with you to analyze your income, expenses, assets and liabilities. Upon completion of the bankruptcy counseling session, you will be issued a certificate of participation, which will allow you to proceed with the bankruptcy process. *
