    Airflow technicians proved to be excellent specialists in appliance repair when it came to solving my water heater dilemma. They were able to identify the problem and fix it the same day - I had hot water and heating within hours of placing a service call. Just wanted to recommend this great company to all and share my story.

    fixed the problem, but ripped me off big time

    The repairman did quickly fix my range, no complaints there, but totally ripped me off. He charged $120 for labor and was only in my house for 30 minutes. He replaced one part, which they charged $100 for and the repair man kept stressing that it was a very expensive part. After he left, looked on-line and found out that I could get the "very expensive part" for $35. I later inquired about their labor rates and found out that they don't have standard hourly rates. Apparently, the repairman sets the rate based on the job. I guess he felt that unscrewing an ignitor, and plugging the new one back in was worth $240/hour. This company is a big time rip-off and I would recommend that you look elsewhere.

    This Company Is A Big Rip Off

    This company came to my house to fix my heater. They took my $55.00 service call fee and I could never get them to come back out to complete the estimate or complete the job. The so called techinician said he would call me back after he checked the price of the part and whether they had it was in stock or not. He never called me back. I called their office and they said they were just a dispatch office and could not give me the techinicians phone number or any other information and refuse to help me beyond that point. To this day I am out of $55.00 with no real work performed by this company. They are basically in the business of taking an estimation fee for which they supply no estimate of the work and have no intention of completing the job. By all means, do not even call them!!!! They are a Big Rip Off!!!
