Business Response
This customer obviously was going to the premier resort / spa in Sedona. This hotel / spa account was not our account until May of 2008 - certainly after the date of this email. Further, I'm not from New York, during that time took 90% of all reservations and certainly have never missed a run going to Sedona. Usually the spa coordinator will book client reservations. Contact the resort and they will tell you that we have NEVER missed a run for one of their clients - in fact we usually are the people they call when their clients book someone else and they don't show up. If this client expected a pick up and never received a confirmation, perhaps they might have follow up to ensure everything was set. - Joseph
