    Imagine traveling for hours, having changed planes twice and finally arriving in Phoenix. So where are the White Tie People who were hired to drive you to Sedona? It is 6:30PM, yet they don't answer their phone. Twenty minutes go by and after 5 calls, finally someone answers and claims I have no reservation. Yet I recognize the New York(or eastern) accent as the person who took my initial call. Not much of a way to begin a spa vacation.I have no recourse as they never e-mailed me a confirmation yet this is the only time in a lifetime of trips that a lemo company failed to show up and the vast majority never do confirm with e-mails.

    Business Response

    This customer obviously was going to the premier resort / spa in Sedona. This hotel / spa account was not our account until May of 2008 - certainly after the date of this email. Further, I'm not from New York, during that time took 90% of all reservations and certainly have never missed a run going to Sedona. Usually the spa coordinator will book client reservations. Contact the resort and they will tell you that we have NEVER missed a run for one of their clients - in fact we usually are the people they call when their clients book someone else and they don't show up. If this client expected a pick up and never received a confirmation, perhaps they might have follow up to ensure everything was set. - Joseph
