Our initial service includes full interior and exterior treatment.

On the inside of your property we treat all general areas and points of entry which include kitchens, bathrooms, laundry room, and all door openings.

On the outside of the house, we treat the entire perimeter as well as the property line. Any areas with increased amounts of foliage will be treated with granular. The granular are activated with water and treat the soil for infestations. While treating the exterior, we will check for the presence of rodents, bee or wasp nests and any spider activity. Any activity that is located will be treated with insecticide and any webbing will be removed. After initial service, always expect a 5 day flushing period of increased activity of dead pests.

The initial service is mainly used to flush out the activity. Depending on the type of activity though, it may take multiple treatments to eliminate the problem. Once the problem is eliminated the interior treatment is not necessary for the preventative maintenance, since the exterior treatment will be preventing future infestations from getting inside. Our maintenance program comes fully guaranteed for 60 days. Therefore your preventative maintenance program is a vital component to preventing future infestations from surrounding areas of general pest including cockroaches, crickets and earwigs.
