    I am continuously impressed with Carrabba's Italian Grill in Northeast Columbia. The quality of flavor is up there with any white table cloth restaurant. Everything is prepared that day, nothing frozen, and an open kitchen to boot so I can see whats going on with my food. The wood burning grill gives items, especially the fish (whether it be snapper, trout, mahi, halibut, or seabass), an extremely unique and lovely flavor. The service is unbeatable by anyone in the area, the knowledge of the staff is incredible, even the bartenders know everything about what is going on in the restaurant. I've been going here for a while and have gotten to know many of the servers and they are all lovely people. Go here and ask for Kerry, Ian, William, Adam, Tim, David, or really any of the service staff and they will show you what to eat. They've never led me astray! Nobody has a better Filet in Columbia!
