    I wasn't able to book a car though The Airport Tansportation Group do to availablity, but received such outstanding customer service from Kelly I had to write a review. It's not often that you cold call a company & received customer service like I received today, 08/07/09. Kelly was professional, knowledgeable and very polite. He gave me information like I was a family member telling me things to watch for when hiring a car/taxi. Kelly even gave me more of his time when I called him back to get map assistance. It's a shame that we don't receive this type of courteous help whenever it's needed. Kelly & The Airport Transportation Group are doing everything right. I know that if I'm in the Orlando area & need a car & driver, my call will be to them. Thanks Kelly! You're New Friend in Chicagoland - Colleen

They were familiar with the Central Florida locations that I visited.The Airport Transportation Group was also available for the safe,courteous transport of my handicapped father.Keep up the GREAT work guys!!

    The only company I will ever call! Airport travel is stressfull enough. Driver came to pick me up from OIA on time and was very courteous. Will call again!

    The gentlenman that came to pick me up was very professional and prompt. Called ahead to confirm and got me to where I was going on time. Highly reccommend!!
