    HORRIBLE MANAGER

    Gene the manager has HORRIBLE mannerism. I will never to through this company again. He says one thing one day and the day of he says another. One day he is a very nice upbeat guy and the next he is very rude and mean. He made me cry on my bach party night.

    Horrible Service Un-Professional

    Driver showed up 30 min late on our wedding day. After refusing to provide the $120 gratuity for being late, our driver shut the limo off and would not drive us anywhere. We were paying per hour for our photographer and we were just sitting there. I finally put the money on my credit card, to just get things taken care of. The driver then changed the signed receipt and wrote that it needed to be cash. We once again refused to pay cash since we did not have the $120 on us. So he called the cops on us. The cops were on our side 100% and told us to take this horrible company to small claims court. Our wedding reception was on a boat, and the boat had to delay departure for 30 minutes because of this company. There service is absurd, and if I can save someone from the pain my wife and I went through on our wedding day this review will be 100% worth it. Basically, you will not be provided a receipt to review, and they can add little one-off expenses throughout the entire trip. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
