I'm surprised because in Palo Alto, you can usually find the snootiest service known to man. Even people who work retail have the hugest attitude. This may be a facade to save face because let's face it, at their age, this is all they can do in life? Well, sorry to get sidetracked, but this actually isn't the case at this store. The people were actually friendly and very helpful with advise on what I can use as an organic alternative to killing the creatures killing my roses. Also, they offer really cool floor mats on sale! Yeah!
