Exceptional

Service after the sale

My refrigerator I bought from Spencer's suddenly stopped working. I thought it should still be under warranty, but could not find my receipt. I called Spencer's and they looked up my info and faxed the receipt to me the next day. I was very happy with their customer service, and further, was pleasantly surprised that they helped me out with this as I now live in the Austin, Texas area. A great company is known by the service they give you after the sale, and I believe that Spencer's Appliance (and Joseph the salesman in Goodyear who helped me) fall into that category.

The prices were very competitive. Even the delivery guys were on time and friendly. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Before you buy from a big box store drop by Spencers. You might be pleasantly surprised.
