    RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

    Their employees are unprofessional, insensitive, and impolite. I am physically handicapped, but this does no mean that I don�t like to shoot, or cannot shoot. When I went there to buy my gun I talked to three people, before someone would help me. I get pointed at by little kids all the time. It doesn�t bother me. But to get that from adults is incomprehensible. Especially, some where I�m going to spend a great deal of money. I wont be back.

    I have purchased several items from Sports World, and have found them to be very knowledgeable and professional. I have comparison shopped several purchases and their prices are very competitive. They have particularly good prices on range ammo.

    In this day and age good customer service is the only thing that distinguishes one store from another. Sports World is a very nice store with a good selection and good prices. They compete favorably with other Tulsa stores that sell firearms. I have been in the store several times and spoken to different people each time. Out of six or seven visits only during one or two did I feel like they really wanted my business. The rest of the time they acted like they were the only game in town so there was no reason to be concerned about my patroniage. Even if I have to pay a few dollars more for the same product my next gun purchase will be made somewhere other than Sports World.
