Terrible customer service.

Went in with 2 kids and 2 adults. Kids had birthday cards for a free cone. Adults were buying cones. Owner would not accept the kids coupons because they were 60 days past their birthday. Owner said that she would not honor coupons because corporate said so. They lost the sale of 2 adult cones and any future business. My kids also told all their friends never to go there. I called corporate and they were very unhappy and said that it is each stores policy on how to handle coupons. Owner LIED to us and lost a lot of business. Baskin Robbins is right across the street.
