    Recently I had my transmission go out on my GMC Surburban. I had it replaced back in 2002 with a liftetime Ammoco trans warranty. There was a misunderstanding on how I was supposed to take the vehicle in for yearly checkups that I hadn't done. This business could have said "You're out of luck, we can't help you" and I would have been out $2500 bucks again. But they were wonderful at helping fix my transmission again, with the lifetime warranty. And to make this even sweeter...I was under the impression I had to pay a $100 up front deductable, but get this...they didn't even want me to have to pay that charge! Hey in my book this loacation is the only place to go for your transmission needs. This is my 3rd rebuild in 20 years with this one location. It's not the cheapest route with the lifetime warranty, but I drive a car for a long time and it's the only way to go. According to several automotive sources, a transmission on any newer vehicle from 1995-present is expected to only last approximately 70-80K miles before you're looking at transmission issues. Buy the lifetime warranty and never have this high expense again! I thank you again for the outstanding customer service from Phillip and Robert! Super expierence!

    Please do not use this location any other that's owned by Alvin Stone because they are scammers. On last May they were suppose to have replaced a sensor that suppose to cost $300 and charge me $1000 for labor but this same part needs to be replaced again and for this type money why didnt they rebuild the transmission. They are biggest ripoffs I've ever encountered.
