    They have everything! Cards, party favors, invitations, thank you cards, themed holiday items, books, wrapping paper, and other misc. items.The prices are pretty good too considering it is one stop shopping for your party plans.If you have kids, you can take them here and they will be entertained solely by all the stuff in the store to look at.Easy to get to on a main street in Arnold. Easily accessible to get in and out of.Definitely check them out!

    This is the store to go to if you are planning any parties. They most likely will have anything and everything you could need. The selection is great there are all kind of different themes for different types of parties. They also have all the stuff you could need for your wedding too. And if you are in need of Halloween costumes this is the place. The price seem to be pretty reasonable especially since they have everything you need.

    Planning a Party is always a lot of work!! Carnival takes a lot of hassle out of throwing a party; they offer every kind of theme in party supplies. In addition they offer balloons, garland, tableware. Custom Balloons and Napkin imprinting is another service they provide. Having a Fat Tuesday/Mardi Gras party this is the place for BEADS!!!!!!!!!!Weddings are also a specialty of Carnival; they offer all the accessories needed! Holidays are a breeze, from New Years to Christmas, and Halloween costumes! Also available are Helium tank rentals for the BIG parties! The prices are very reasonable and buying in "bulk" gives a bigger discount!! The employees are very helpful with suggestions and the ability to order any items needed!This is a must for anyone planning any classroom parties or church events!
