Our food is frsh and innovative South Carolina regional cuisine. Everything we prepare is deeply rooted in the land, sea, and rivers that abound in the region. We've taken hundered of years of French, Mediterranean, African, English and West Indian cooking traditons and blended them into new, fresh and unique dishes. We are absolutely dedicated to offering our customers the freshest food possible. The best way to do that is to use what's close to hand. Like my pappy used to say, "You don't go to the next county to get eggs when there's chickens in the backyard." We start early every morning seeking out the freshest ingredients we can find. It's a little more work, but we feel y 'all are worth it.
