    The pictures were awful and we never even received our wedding video. When we call them we are put on hold until we give up and have to hang up

    Our Pictures are horrible

    The photographer took pictures that are horrible and are so far away that you can not even soo the people very well. Also we have none of our best man and groomsman and the pictures we not of us when we were told that we can look at them on the website.. I do not recommend theis chapel. My Father is a Cab driver and will not be recommending this chapel either.

    Wedding July 2005, planned and booked online 10 months in advance. Outstanding service on the day, minister was great - took time to get to know a little about both myself and my husband before the ceremony as we'd travelled from the UK with 26 guests and made an effort to make the ceremony very personal.

    We must of been there the same day..SMC told me we would have about a 15-20 min ceremony since it was a busy that day well that was not the case, are ceremony lasted a whole 3 mins but still had to pay the same price..We also ordered the video of the wedding ceremony and that was suppose to include parts of the strip,well it only had the 3 min ceremony on it! It was so awful in there with no air condition and yes they were charging $2.00 for water.. There was a bride that passed out from the heat it was terrible.I tried to contact SMC they never retuned my call or email.Bottom line they over booked that day! I

    My sister's wedding should have been a beautiful occassion. It had been planned for months. We had been in communication with the chapel. We were told that the chapel was booked solid for that day and that they'd be busy - but that it would still be a great day! They lied! It was awful!!!! They overbooked to the extreme - our ceremony was an hour and a half late making all of our guests wait in 115 degree heat. No air conditioning - then they had the audacity to charge $2 for water. We were late to our reception and lost some of our deposites as a result. Everyone was rude and kept blaming eachother. Please give your service to a place that will treat you better than this on your special day!!
