    Very Bad Experience

    My husband and I spent $14,000 on our air-conditioning with Brody Pennell, which was more expensive than any other companies we called. However, we were sold on the Sales Rep, Ken, who was able to answer all of questions with ease.

    The following are the promises that were the deal maker: 1) Our foreman will with us and be available to assist us with any issues 2) Our foreman will work with us so that we do not have to leave our house open and unarmed all day, while we are at work. So work that needs to get done in our home can be scheduled with us, so that we can take that day off or work from home.

    Now this is what happened....

    1)The crew needed to be in our home everyday... Therefore my husband and I had to be home all week long.
    2) We never saw our foreman during the installation because the foreman that came to our house before installation was on vacation.
    3) The installers were nice but did not speak english well, therefore, it too us a long time to make decisions because of language barriers. Again the installers were considerate about not messing up our house and trying to work with our schedule.
    4) When I called the sales rep to find out why there is such a difference between the concept of what he sold and reality, I found out he was on vacation too. The accounting guy talked to me can had another foreman give me a call. Which he was able to resolve the issue but again I never show him in person.
    5) Now the work was done on time and we paid immediately after to the installer, however, four months later, we still have not passed inspection. They do not respond to our calls and just today, I found out that the item we failed on is actually something they cannot do for us. Therefore, we now have to pay someone else for.

    We were referred by our neighbor who was pleased with their work, however, they did not make the final payment until they passed inspection. Therefore, if you are ok with leaving your house open all week long and possibly working with an installer that does not speak english well and enver seeing a foreman, the only advice I have is do not give them their final payment until you pass inspection because you will never hear from them again.
