Saab Nothing But Repairs

Before you even think of looking at a Saab you need to visit this web site: http://www.consumeraffairs.com/automotive/saab.html I wish that I had. You also need to know that they maganer of this dealership stated to me, "I service customers not cars and I won't service you". My Saab 2004 9-3 convertible has been repaired six times. In August I spent $900.00 to have it fixed as the car just went out of warranty. Two weeks later the top was inoperable again and I was stuck in the rain with it half up. Saab will not stand behind this product and help to fix it. I understand the dealerships position but you need to know they refused to help, give me numbers and were down right rude!
