    Great customer service, Ira is the best !!

    I LOVED this salon!! I am new to the area and heard about this salon through a friend. The service is excellent, Ira is wonderful and an excellent colorist. I am a natural blonde but, wanted to go lighter. I did not even have to show Ira a picture of what I wanted and my hair came out exactly how I wanted it. Ira is wonderful and makes you feel like you have been going to him for years. This salon is expensive but, you get what you pay for and I am so happy with the results.

    I had been going to this salon for 2 years and loved every bit of the experience. When my stylist Josh Blank left, they called me to try and entice me to go to another stylist. I gave in. (They offered me a free service to keep me there...) IT WAS NOT WORTH IT!!! They said that there were several stylists at Josh's level, but who I got was horrible! I tracked Josh down for those of you looking for him. He's at Verona Salon and Spa. He was the best thing to happen to A Robert Cromeans Salon and is now gone. DON'T GO THERE!!! Find Josh at Verona!!! He just fixed the cut and color I got for "free".

    Don't waste your money!

    Blech! I am so sorry I had my hair and makeup done at this uppity place. I had called around for my wedding day up-do and thought they were the most reasonable but they lied on the phone. What was "supposed" to be only $65 was suddenly $95, and they didn't even wash it! The makeup was a complete disaster. I got stuck with some girl that barely said two words to me and did everything in about 4 mintues. Paying $175 for the most important part of my wedding would have been FINE if they'd done a good job and knew how to be friendly. I left no tip, which I NEVER do, and didn't feel the least bit guilty.

    I recently was in vegas on business and decided i really wanted to get my hair cut there. I was staying at the Mandalay bay and saw that they had a Robert Cromeans salon. I am in the hair industry and knew that it was a reputable salon based on the name alone. I had Josh Blank cut and color my hair. He was so amazing. I really liked the fact that he was confident and that he knew what he was doing. I let him have free range on my head and the results were awesome. Stacy was the assistant and she gave me the ultimate shampoo/massage. I would go there everyday to have her wash and style my hair. She's not only beautiful but extremely talented. The front desk people were also great. Its truly a top notch salon with GREAT people who love hair! I even bought product there the next day and I can get it wholesale in boston at my work! I cant rave enough about this place, Josh and Stacy
