Horrible and Dishonest

I called Dykeman Family to snake a drain that was clogging on Friday June 19th. They told me they would snake the drain on Friday evening or at latest Saturday morning. They showed up on Saturday morning and set up a pump to drain the water in the basement. They were there for about 20 minutes. Then they left and said they would be back in a couple of hours. According to the tenants they never came back. I called them on Saturday evening wondering why they didn't return. They said they were too busy and were coming yet that evening or for sure Sunday morning. They never showed up. I called them on Sunday afternoon. They said they would come Sunday night or first thing Monday morning. They never showed up. I called them on Monday afternoon. They said they would come Monday night or first thing Tuesday morning. They never showed up. I called them on Tuesday afternoon. They said they would come Tuesday night or first thing Wednesday morning. They never showed up. Wednesday afternoon I told them I was hiring somebody else to do the job. I just received a bill for $259.03. They did nothing for me, but cause my tenants a lot of sewage in their basement. If they just would have been honest and said they couldn't get to my house for a week that would have been fine. But now they didn't do any work and charged me over $250. They had no permission to charge my charge card except for the $60 fee to check it out.
