Elemental Studios is a pole fitness studio focused on providing an empowering environment for women to gain confidence in their bodies and their lives. The name of the studio, Elemental Studios, represents the four elements: air, earth, fire and water. An important goal of Elemental Studios is to have a strong tie with local women?s charities as well as sponsoring charity events to help raise funds for women?s causes. Another important goal is to raise awareness about green living and sustainability by taking action in the studio and in the community.
PRODUCT AND SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Elemental Studios offers nine sessions of pole fitness instruction with each session building upon the skills learned in the session before. Each session will consist of eight 2-hour classes with 1 class per week and is divided into 3 distinct parts: warm-ups, dance work and soul dancing ? a combination of warm-ups and dance work that allows students to create their own movements.
