My mother was there for rehab following back surgery. The physical therapy is VERY good. The people there are very caring. Even if the person was difficult, they were always respectful and helpful. Quick to answer calls. They have a person whose job is to take patients to the bathroom...so every 2 hours, she would check to see if she needed to go. The only negative (which is pretty universal, though) is that they don't do therapy on the weekends and walking is considered therapy, so they wouldn't get my mom up to walk except to go to the bathroom.
