Hmmm.....

After reading the previous 2 reviews, Im really concerned about the fact that I sent my dog there. I used to send him to another place in Orlando but they went out of business last year and I had to find another place a decided to try Bass since they are closer to my home. My dog who is quite lively stumbled around in a daze for a couple of hours after picked him up and he was REALLY thirsty (drank a bottle of water and my Gatorade within the hour) Im wondering if he was sedated because they bathed him(at my request) and clipped his nails(not at my request) which he hates and wouldnt let them do it without drama. Im also angry that when i picked him up he had been bitten on the ear by another dog, when I made the appointment and dropped him off I told them that I didnt want him to have contact with other dogs, they said he would not. I think that it is very clean and they seem efficient and polite but.....my dog has seemed depressed and tired since i brought him home he seems kind of traumatized perhaps it was the noise the other reviewers mentioned. Im not saying that they mistreat the animals, I just expected my dog to be happy for 200 dollars a week. I would really have to think long and hard about sending him back.
