Unfriendly, too busy staff and bad customer service

I made an appointment for consultation, after the consultation the staff are so booked that they don't have time for facial or scalp massage! I don't think they want to accomodate their customers. So far I feel discourage with customer service in O.C. I'll try it in San Diego, I might have a better service there. This spa shouldn't be in business.

Very disappointed with the service

I would not recommend this facility. I was very disappointed with the service. I communicated this to the staff and management . My problem was handled very poorly. I had to pay for a service that did not have the outcomes that were listed in the service description and was treated disrespectfully. The experience caused additional stress in my life. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone!

"Yummy" Spa Sampler package

In order to get out of my normal facial - massage routine, I tried the Spa Sampler and it was sooo nice. The jacuzzi tub soak was invigorating to my muscles and skin and smelled lovely. Following that was the scrub that made my skin feel like silk. After a steam shower, the massage felt relaxing and helped relieve any left over stress. I also did a detox foot bath that changes the color of the water depending on what bad elements it's pulling out of your body. My was bright orange. I really felt like I had additional energy a few hours later due to all the detoxing and stress relief. I would whole-heartedly recommend it and can't wait to do it again! The staff was friendly, helpful and very customer-oriented. Very nice.

On a reccomendation,I had the backwards/forwards service done at Complexions. I could not have been more pleased with the serene environment and the estician that did my service, it was obvious that she loves what she does. the service included more treatments than any other spa that i have been to! I didn't want it to end.The late hours that Complexions has was definitley a plus. I would highly reccommend Complexions, not only was my treatment outstanding the staff was top notch.

Most Amazing Service I have had at a spa

Upon reccomendation I had the BACKWARDS/FORWARDS service at Complexions. The Back facial was beyond what I ever expected, the environment was serene and it was obvious that the estatician who did my service, loves what she does. The facial was soothing and my skin looks amazing, and I was even given detailed advice on products, when I asked.
I definitley plan on going back to Complexions, especially since they are open until 9pm during the week!

Perfect Summer Beginning

I had my first experience at Complexions Day Spa a few weeks ago before vacation. It was the perfect beginning to a long week in the sun. The staff is friendly and comfortable. I will definitely be back for more!

I love this spa. As someone who has visited quite a few of the local day spas, this one routinely comes back as a favorite. The facility is small (and it is a very popular location) however the staff is friendly and very efficient.
As a larger patron, I especially appreciate them having larger size gowns AND making accommodations for me, without making me feel uncomfortable. Nikkole is who I normally see, but ALL of the staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Very helpful and welcoming staff. Great and abundt product selections, Very exqisite services at a great price. Would recomend any time, The tea and 'spa' water they give you as you proceed to your service or if you are just waiting in the lobby is amazing!

Worse spa in orange county

Being a frequent spa goer I do not reccomend this place.I had the worse experience from the moment i arrived.Not only are the staff rude, but the place smelled of mold and the quiet room was extremely noisy.Technicians skills are very poor.If you want to relax and pamper yourself this isnt the place to go, you will only be wasting your time and money.

I received a gift certificate to Complexions from my boyfriend, and waited months to use it. I drive past this place all the time but never noticed it because it occupies an old colonial-style bank building! I thought it was an insurance company! Anyway....the service was wonderful. I received the best facial & eyebrow wax EVER....and a wonderful pedicure. It's low-key and pleasant and relaxing, and affordable. I would definitely recommend it !
