    I was hanging out at home and I turned the thermostat to A/C by accident. The air conditioner screamed. The noise was very high pitch and pretty scary if you ask me. I automaticly shut the thermostat off but it kept on. Freaked out, I shut the breaker off and it stopped. I never had a problem with my air conditioners so did not have any experience with the A/C company in Arizona. Moved here from California 3 years ago... I called my friend. He is a real estate investor here and recommended me his A/C company. Desert Comfort Mechanical. I called them at 4.15 pm. they were still busy but because I was refered by one of their premium customers the owner came out himself. He arrived a little before 6pm, did not charge me extra for coming after hours and on a sunday because of the referral. He fixed and addressed the problem within 2 hours and the bill was very affordable because he gave me his investor discount. In return he asked for me to share my experience by writting a review on yellowpages.com; Anytime DCM. I have found my A/C company of choice and will reffer you to all my friends. Thanks again.

    My name is Jenna. I had the house completely remodeled and when all the work was done, I called these guys, among several other companies to get an estimate on duct cleaning. They were so easy. First, they were almost half the price of some of the companies I had called. Then when I talked to the office to get a quote, they gave it to me over the phone, and they told me it was flat rate; no extra charges when it is time to pay. They did not rush me or push me into making a decision. I called back within 15 min to set an appointment. The day of the appointment, I was a little nervous. I started thinking "you get what you pay for" etc... Well, the duct cleaning crew arrived on time, they were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable right away. Ike, you are great... Anyway, when they finished cleaning the main vents, they still had to clean the vent where the filters are. They showed me how filthy they were and suggested to let a tech come out to inspect the unit and make sure my coils were not dirty. When Ike called the office for me, a tech arrived within 15min. He took pictures of the coils and showed me how bad they were; and then explained thourouly what problems could result from it. I let him clean the coils on all three units. Last but not least, he then presented me with a new customer packet, filled with coupons, referrals etc. He let me use the 10% off coupon that he just gave me towards my bill and that was it. They are great all around. Excellent customer service and very knowledgable staff. I am pleased to know that you can still find honest and reliable air conditioning companies here in the valley of the sun. Your motto is well chosen and true. Thanks again guys. Jenna.

    I have used several Heating/ Cooling companies in my 15 years here in Arizona. Desert Comfort Mechanical by far has the most trustworthy, and professional staff. I will never use another Heating and Cooling Company as long as I live here in the Valley. These guys are 5 star all the way! They are honest (I liked that) and My Tech. Gave me some great tips on how to reduce my heating and cooling costs. He even applied a discount coupon to my bill that was to be used in an upcoming promo. It's nice to find an honest company not trying to scam me out of my money.
