    Clean safe and fun

    We have been using best friends for several years and it has always been a pleasant experience. Our two dogs are always happy clean and well cared for. They get so excited when we turn down their road! We would never go anywhere else; all of our friends use them and it seems every vet and tech and the emergency clinic trusts them as well. If our veterinary clinic and emergency clinic uses them and recommends them they have to be and are simply the best!

    These people are rude and horrible. I have heard that they abuse the dogs here. I took my dog here once and left it for 1 week when I was going on a business trip. I came back to a horribly skinny dog who was coughing and having major diahrrea. The people at best friends didnt even care and no one would give me any answers. and have yet to return a phone call. After a $400 vet bill to make him all better- I will never use them again. WORST PLACE EVER DONT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE!

    This place is so adorable and everone that works there is highly educated in their field. They love what they are doing and it shows. Molly thinks she is going to play with all of her friends when I ask her if she wants to go to camp--that is what we call Best Friends. They have so many activities to choose from, they can even have a holiday meal or ice cream delivered to their room. The kennels are large and the building is air conditioned. it does not smell like animals and the level of care they give their guests is unsurpassable. Molly had to go to her vet for a check up while we were away and they took her for us at no cost. I will never go anywhere else for her needs, plus they all know her and she loves them!

    Best friends is awesome my dog loves going to camp he comes home and goes right to sleep. He is always pooped when we get home. When i drop Bailey off the girls up front are so helpful. When they see I'm in a hurry the grab Bailey and say have a great day. I'm never woried about him in camp cause I can go online and watch him from my desk at work. Best friends makes my life so much easier i dont have to come home to a huge mess and bailey gets all his energy out. Having a lab is alot of work but best friends makes it so much easier. And when I'm running late from work they let him stay over night. The new manager is awesome as well she loves my dog and knows who I am when I come in the door. The whole staff is great. I love this place and so does Bailey!!!! :)

    Everyone and everything here has been sucha delight. We have been taking our two dogs to Best Friends since they opened their doors. Everyone is so loving, knowledgeable and accomodating. Daisy loves going to Camp and their boarding kennels are large (Daisy gets a TV!), clean and they even give you a report card letting you know who your pups friends are, how they ate, went potties and what they did while they played or stayed. They switched management about a year ago and it is the best it has ever been!! We will never go anywhere else. Daisy loves everyone there and they love her like she is their own! She does not want to leave camp sometimes--it is too cute. They will show you every last nook and cranny of the place, anything to make you feel safe about leaving your pet. I have no reservations when I leave her. Thank you
