Beautiful Apartments turned into Condos

Regents is a beautiful apartment complex. They have gorgeous fountains adorned with sculptures and well-kept foliage. They offer amazing amenities including two heated pools and Jacuzzis, cabanas and barbeque grills, 24-hour fitness gym, yoga and gourmet cooking classes, a movie theater, underground parking and 24-hour security guards. However, the walls were somewhat thin and the security guards don't always seem to be on duty. The refrigerator was small and the oven was slow to heat up. There's also not much guest parking. I liked living here, but now they are turning them into condominiums.
