GENERAL INFORMATION:
Owners Rose and Kirk Seaman remember as children waking up to the smells of rich sauces bubbling on the stove and the sound of Italian music. Opening in late August 2008, A Little Bit of Tuscany is Rose's \"20-year dream come true.\" The building has been totally renovated and a patio and parking lot have been added. Rose and Kirk, along with their daughter Rachel, son Branden, and chef Greg Hutsell offer quality food, wine, gifts and the ambiance of Italy. The restaurateurs hope their patrons find this a cozy, unpretentious place where they can chill, have fun and to quote their tag line, eat a little, drink a little and shop a little bit of Tuscany.
Our goal is to provide our guests with a unique, relaxing and truly pleasurable Italian dining experience. We use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Each entree is prepared individually and is served piccolo piastre (small plate style). We are committed to providing our diners not only with the highest quality products but exceptional, personal service.
Our wine and champagne selections showcase the diverse wine making regions of Italy. We serve 5-oz portions of wine in over sized 16-oz crystal stemware to enhance the true essence of each wine. We also offer Peroni, Moretti and Moretti La Rosa beers, as well as a selection of non-alcoholic beverages including sparkling water, Italian soda, espresso, cappuccino and latte
The menu offers a selection of Italian appetizers such as cheese and meat plates, bruschettas, roasted beets, stuffed mission figs and gourmet personalized pizzas as well as heartier chef's specials including hand made pasta, lamb chops and pork loin roast. Desserts featured include cannoli, mascarpone cake, and a biscotti plate and nutella panino.
A Little Bit of Tuscany also has an array of retail items for sale including olive oil, pasta, pottery, books, table art, jewelry, serving utensils, linens and stationery, almost all imported from Italy.
