Suggestions For Planning The Perfect Event At WAC
- Contact the Client Event Coordinators at 479-443-9216 (Ext. 260)
- Call Ahead and Schedule a Tour of the Facilities to Better Plan Your Function
- Consider Inviting Event Planners, Caterers, or Others Involved in Your Event at WAC for a Tour and Meeting with Our Client Event Team
- Provide WAC with Necessary Details Such As Event Hours, Numbers of Guests, and Any Special Set Up Requirements or Program Needs
- Review the Usage Contract Along with the WAC Policies and Procedures Guidelines and Return a Signed Contract and Deposit to WAC by the Designated Date
