    I was also shocked to see that the store isn't the one you see in the commercials. Beyond that, the lady that helped my fiance and I was excellent. Your experience here probably depends a lot on who helps you. This store had by far the best prices on loose diamonds compared to the other stores we visited. The other thing that we liked (especially my fiance) was that there isn't sales commission, so the lady helping us was very relaxed and not pushy at all. My fiance bought the diamond and they had it set and sized within two hours! Bottom line... don't expect to be pampered when you go here, but if you want an exceptional deal, definitely consider this store. PS - she got my ring in $1500 under budget!

    A poorly run fast food restaurant of jewelry stores!!!

    First of all this place is NOTHING like the place they show on TV. It can't be more than 1,000 sq. ft. in a strip mall. My fiance and I went in to look for a marquise diamond engagement ring. This guy named Ron, who just reminded me of a dirty car sales man, came up and asked what we were looking for. Just as my fiance started to tell him we were looking for loose stones, in a marquise and the quality and clarity level we're looking for, Ron just interrupted and said "it doesn't matter what the paperwork says, it's about what your eyes like. What's the max you want to spend?" My fiance KNOWS his diamonds and this guy just talked to him like he was a dummy. Then he went ahead and showed us a princess square and it was YELLOW! I told him it was yellow and he had the nerve to ask if I would really notice it if it was in a setting! I NOTICED IT THE SECOND HE SHOWED IT TO ME, YES I WOULD NOTICE IT!! Then he went and got another stone.... a PRINCESS SQUARE... AGAIN! We repeated that we were looking for a marquise and kept pushing these other stones on us. Eventually he brought out the right stone and it was well above our budget! The man did not listen to one thing we said or had asked for. As soon as he realized we weren't buying he pushed us off to the 'new' sales guy and just took off to find another possible sucker! So basically... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! If your looking for good customer service were people will listen to you this IS NOT the place to go to!!!!!! ~Armo B.~ Waterford, MI
