    I want to thank the gentleman who helped me get back on the road. I was having trouble getting around in the snow and needed help putting on my new chains. He came to my rescue and I am extremely thankful. May all of you have a safe trip home today.

    There's something different about Baxter Auto Parts... unlike many other local auto parts stores, Baxter Auto Parts is always clean, well lit, and the employees are always friendly and helpful to me. I have been going there for many years and am always pleased with the service and selection. Also, because they have a number of warehouses they can get just about any part I need extremely quickly, unlike other auto parts stores where I have had to wait long periods of time. I have been buying auto parts for many years and after going to all different types of auto parts stores out there, I can honestly say that Baxter Auto Parts is the most professional and well run auto parts store in the area. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

    windshield wiper blade refills

    Bought Piaa wipers last year, went in to get refills yesterday. Guess what they have to order them, like I have time to come back. Really rude and not helpful at all. Went next door to another supply house and purchased the product. Just make sure when you buy product at this location that you can get refills when you come back to purchase them in the next year.

    Worst Customer Service Ever!

    I went here to buy new wind shield wipers for my car, I was greeted by a smug employee who seemed like putting these on my car was the last thing he wanted to do. I had to again after they stopped working correctly, and was again greeted by the same smug attitude, turns out the first employee put these on wrong, I was told that I needed to buy another set of wipers and that the arm was broken on my driver side wipers and I would need to go to the dealership to have this replaced. Long story short, I called my friend who is a mechanic for a reputable dealership who came over and fixed this problem in minutes. These guys don't know what they are doing and have terrible customer service. They never even offered to refund me for the wipers I bought that they ruined.

    This location is great and close to home for me. I have found most of what I need, with the exception of a few strange parts like a tandem right angle tee for vacuum lines. They are prompt with serving their customers and the prices are lower than any other parts store that I have found.
