    MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS HORRIBLE. PHONE ALWAYS WENT TO VOICEMAIL. NEVER RETURNED CALLS OR EMAILS. FOUND OUT THEY ARE RATED AN "F" BY THE BBB. THEY ARE ALSO NOT IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE STATE OF MICIHGAN. SOMETHING IS SHADY HERE. BEWARE!! I WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY.

    Phone always goes to voicemail, no return phone calls or emails. Person who handles calls is rude. Spent over a week just trying to book a limo to no avail. Made one call to another limo place and was treated awesome. Also this place is rate "F" by the BBBureau. They are NOT in good standing with the State of Michigan. BEWARE!!!!!

    My husband and I utilized this company's service for a special dinner event we were attending. From the moment of our intitial contact on the telephone, the phone staff was very professional and efficient. Very full of information. Even had suggestions on places to eat. The vehicle that we had was imaculent and the chauffeur catered to every one of our needs. He even rolled out a red carpet! I highly recommend this company to any consumer as they offer top notch service. My husband's company now uses Crystal's Limousine Service for all their airport transportation also.

    We had a great experience in the limousine. Our chauffeur was great, the office staff was very efficient and friendly. The vehicle was emaculently clean and arrived promptly on time. The chauffeur knew exactly were we were destined to and got us there quickly and safely.
