Lakeview Health Systems is an Inpatient Dual Diagnosis Chemical Dependence Treatment Facility that is fully accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Hospitals and Organizations and is licensed by the State of Florida. Lakeview Health Systems delivers state-of-the-art services to those affected by Alcoholism, Chemical Dependence, and associated psychiatric disorders. We are committed to providing the most advanced treatment options, and include the patient, as well as family members, in developing an ongoing and individualized treatment plan.

Lakeview believes that addiction is a disease, and as such, its treatment is centered around a medical model with a multidisciplinary team that includes Master's level therapists, Art and Recreation Therapy, Family Therapy, Case Management, Nursing Care, Dieticians, Behavioral Health Technicians, Addiction Physicians, and Psychiatrists. With the establishment of a supportive environment, Lakeview believes that our patients can quickly return to a state of health, happiness, productivity, and serenity.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES:

Lakeview provides Inpatient Detoxification for those in need of treatment for physical withdrawal from substances. Our inpatient unit also includes those patients at the Inpatient Rehabilitation level of care. This level of care is focused on an initial exposure to the principles of recovery as well as medical, psychiatric, and nursing care. As our patients progress, they are able to participate in a continuum of care that provides individualized treatment based on patient need. These levels include Residential Rehabilitation, Partial Hospitalization, and Intensive Outpatient Treatment. Off campus activities take place during these lower levels of care. Finally, since primary treatment is just a beginning, a full Aftercare/Discharge Plan will be established prior to discharge to facilitation the transition to sober living outside of the primary treatment setting.
