    The best car wash in chicago! They are quick, do a great job, are friendly and have lots of other items you can buy. I bring my car here every week, and have sent lots of friends that love it too!

    Paid $150 to have my car detailed at this place. They said it would be ready at 2:30pm. We came to pick it up at 5pm, so they had plenty of time to work on it. The inside of the car looked fine. The exterior was clean, but still had bird crap stuck to it in many places. We pointed out some of the spots to the guy and he sprayed and wiped the spots. After we found 5 or 6 different places that still had gunk stuck to them, we told the guy that a "hand wash and hand wax" should leave the car clean and that the customer shouldn't have to point out the bird crap that still needed to be cleaned off the car. He hemmed and hawed and said they had been really busy that day, as if that was an excuse - then give a discount price for discounted workmanship! Once we got home we found even more spots that hadn't been cleaned. They didn't even bother to wipe down the headlights - they hadn't been touched. We called the owner of the place. Apparently he thought we were lying about the bad job they did, because he wanted us to take the car back there the next day and show it to him. We got the car cleaned because we were leaving on a trip the next day, so we didn't have time to take the car back and "prove" to the guy that his people had done a bad job. I've gotten better carwashes for $8 at the gas station! For $150 I expect no bird crap on the car. Apparently their "detailing" isn't so detailed. Don't waste your money on this place!
