    found this place after being put through the "mill" by two other repair shops. i really liked the way i was treated by them, very polite and explained everything to me before repair was done.

    I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE MY OPINION AND CERTAINLY DON'T MIND DOING SO. I WANT TO LET ANYONE WHO IS SEARCHING FOR TV REPAIR SERVICE KNOW THAT THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. THEY REALLY LISTENED TO ME AND RESOLVED MY PROBLEMS QUICKLY. YOU CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE THE MOMENT THEY ANSWER THE PHONE!

    These people came to my home to pick up my broken TV. The two men were very nice and professional, I was impressed with how they pampered my TV when loading it on the truck. I've used other repair services prior to this time but none even came close to the refreshing experience of good customer service shown by these guys. L. Mitchell

    Called about replacing a dlp lamp. Woman on phone said they would not use a lamp I bought myself, nor would she price quote for one of their own lamps and replacement cost. You get the feeling these places don't like the fact bulbs are only $100 now on ebay so the days of the $300+ replacement are nearing to an end.
