Located in Midtown at West Gray and Bagby, Houston's This Is It has been serving the best soul food in the city since 1959. We are a family-owned business, opened by the late Frank and Mattie Jones. The restaurant is now under the management of Mr. and Mrs. Craig Joseph, Sr., the grandson of the Jones'.

We pride ourselves in being an excellent family diner with a fun, relaxed atmosphere where people enjoy hot soul food and good conversation. In addition, we offer a catering service to the Greater Houston Metropolitan area to accommodate special occasions!
