i booked a limo with them execting what was on the website. The Car was in horrible condition. Rips in the seats, missing door handles, and the driver smelled like he slept in the limo. They were an hour late, no calls to me and when i called them said that they were on the way, no time frame or anything. I called the next day to speak to the owner, Robin, about my concerns and she just told me it wasn't their problem. Probobly the rudest woman i've ever and I mean EVER talked to. I wouldn't use them again if it was the only limo service within a 923590718790408 mile radias.
