I wouldn't take my dog there.

My sister has cancer and we have had 2 appointments there so far. The first one was terrible. There is no communication between departments and the staff was extremely short and rude. 2nd appointment, same thing. Information lady was too busy talking to a friend to stop and help and then gave wrong info. Dr. Elaina Gardner (oncology)left us sitting in the room for over 3 hours. One nurse said she was with an emergency patient, then when she finially showed up she stated that she was eating lunch late. Refused to appologize and stated that she is always behind in appointments. and if we wanted better care we needed to go somewhere else. For being a "cancer institute" they are not familiar with any of the newer studies or treatments for cancer.
